Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges:

Generally speaking, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. Within reason, we are more than happy to replace any defective product you may receive. 

Due to the nature of many of our products, it may not be reasonable to facilitate a return. (ex; worn jewelry should not be exchanged, or stickers are not worth the shipping cost back.)

if you contact us, we may consider a return for higher-ticket items (~$30+)

Refunds:

If you receive a product that is not up to the quality that you expected, we encourage you to contact us for a refund or replacement, and we will do our best to remedy the situation. We want everyone to leave our store satisfied, even if that means recuperating your lost funds for you.
